Delete an Offer
Deleting an Offer is permanent and irrevocable; you can’t later restore a deleted Offer. When you delete an Offer, the platform also permanently deletes all associated Offer Responses and historical activity, which will impact any reporting that tracks Offer Response counts. If a Member responded to the Offer prior to it being deleted, their Offer Response will also be deleted, so the Member will be unable to use the Offer Response in a purchase.
To delete an Offer from the Offers screen:

Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Offers > Offers from the side navigation menu. The Offers screen is displayed.

Search for the desired Offer (see Search for an Offer for more information on the available search options).

Next to the desired Offer, click the Delete icon. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
You can also delete an Offer from the Offer Details screen.

Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Offers > Offers from the side navigation menu. The Offers screen is displayed.

Search for and select the desired Offer (see Search for an Offer for more information on the available search options). The Offer Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

Within the header area of the screen, click the Delete icon. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
